Proximity to airport.
It was a dump - horrible. And the desk personnel were indifferent verging on rude. Way overpriced for the he'll hole it was.

it was as expected, had a quite comfortable stay that has ever happened to me at a hotel. loved this hip new property, marvellous location and updated rooms. good access everywhere as a subway station was walk from the hotel.

I was not impressed with the attitude of the hotel "shift manager". One thing his attitude conveyed was not, "Glad to have you with us!" The only reason I stayed there was that it had been selected from afar by the people I was in San Francisco to meet -- overseas friends of mine in the US for a business meetings in Sacramento. They were only in San Fran due to their departure arrangements.

The receptionist said she would give us a wakeup call to catch the shuttle for the airport. She didn't.

Fair price. Not modern, but fairly furnished.
Breakfast was poor. Shuttle bus for air-port was not flexible. A female manager, when checking in was sincere, but a male front manager in the morning was not kind.
